Could wwe sue youtube?

A lot of companies are either suing YouTube or trying to make a deal w/ them so that their respective videos can be viewed on YouTube. Videos are the legal property of whatever entity put them out. To take a part of any of those videos and put them on YouTube is a violation of various laws.
