White discharge, slightly painful backaches and cramps & mild mood swings (also share period stories.)?

I'm nine (about to be ten)(please don't flag me, I just got my Yahoo! account.), and I have white discharge (sometimes whenever it is wet it is slightly gooey and a little sticky.) for six months, and it has gotten a little heavier this week. I've also been really moody this week. My dad says I'm being "bratty", and my mom says I'm being "tooty". Then, I have little stomach cramps (sometimes side pains), and mild backaches, and they have been appearing more this week than normal. I am also kind of growing some light pubic hair, and buds for underarm hair. I get dull headaches (more this week) a lot, some food cravings (I have pretty much only had a sweet tooth this week.), development for probably near two years, increased appetite (I eat a lot that it makes me too bloated, and my stomach extends way too much.), some crying spells (I cried just because my grandfather was happy (he's in a retirement home, but then he goes into serious mad rages, about leaving because he has dementia, and he has a time span of 5-20 minutes to remember something, then he'll forget he has to stay in the home.), then I felt like crying because my sister took my computer to play a song.), and that is it. I also have a sleepover this Thursday, so what do I need to bring if I may start menstruation at my friend's house? I also had bad cramps, so can you use period stories to make me feel better? All of these symptoms have gotten worse, only this week, so does this maybe sign that I will start menstruation next week or so? Thanks for answers.
