How did the millions of species get to Noah's ark from all over the world?

How about all the plant species in the world, how did he collect them before they were killed by salt water? Was Noah and his family carrying , Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Leprosy, Small Pox, Polio, Scarlet Fever and many more infectious diseases? They had to, for humans to have these infectious diseases today. Were all the world’s 1778 genetic diseases that have been found so far carried by Noah and the 7 other people? If not how do we have the genetic diseases we have today? Were some of the animals (which there were only two of each species for the unclean ones) carrying rabies, tuberculosis, Ebola, anthrax, Black Death, Mad Cow, etc? How did these HIGHLY infectious diseases not spread on the Ark after 190 days at sea? Are you going to give me a real answer by quoting the Bible on how all this was possible or are you going to invoke the “Get out of really answering the question card“, which answers the question by the mysterious and supernatural intervention of God?
