How much protein should I have with each meal?

I'm a little confused. My nutritionist told me today that I wasn't eating enough protein with each meal but I've been eating 4 ozs of protein with each meal. (low fat cheese, low fat cottage cheese, a hard boiled egg) I'm supposed to eat 64 grams of carbs with each meal. Thanks for your help.
