Is he just using me or does he actully have feelings?

righttt ive been close mates with this boy pedro for 3 or more years now but in the past like 7 months things hav gotten ual and very close, he told me he first liked me i was with someone then we broke up and after i liked him he was with someone but stuff happened then stopped they broke up more happened stopped again then like 2 months later more stuff happened but it was difrent it was more lovey and kissey and cudly it had never been like that before and it happens like everytime he comes round now (he is my brothers mate) and he always goes to kiss me first and makes the first move, then last night he held me close and kissed me for a while then i went to bed and he went up with my brother to sleep and i woke up and he opened me bedroom door and asked me to get him some paracetamol so i went through and then he followd me back to my room i sat on my bed after a bit he came and sat and started kissing me and like dry then like taking my clothes off and we nearly had but didnt because i was scared of someone coming down to my room so we just like did everything else and after like an hour and a half he went to bed, i dont know how he can just be using me after all that and the way he is with me, i love being with him.. hellppp?
