Is my betta fish dying?

hes not feeling too well. make sure your using the right food. make sure his tank is oxygenated. and make sure its not too cold or too warm. and make sure the water is dechlorinated and all that stuff. see if your local pet store will test your water for you. if all else fails you may want to get a new beta
