Is WIC foodstamp?

WIC is not foodstamps. WIC is a program exclusively available to women who are pregnant or have infants or small children. The food stamp program is available to anyone who qualifies...not just pregnant women, women with infants, or small children. And Welfare again is separate from Medicaid and food stamps and WIC...they're all provided by the same state department but they all have different qualifications.
