Muslims, Christians, Jews and atheists, do you agree that unmarried warrants the death penalty?

As a whole the law of islam is the solution of the problem in the world especially both west and europe.....america is the highest case in the world and am asking if beheading is the law of those commited would the rate be reduce or increase?
