What if a guy you love & adore asked you to marry him but...?

ok he's Catholic, has been all his life loves going to church but you're protestant and love going to church too, same beliefs just different customs. Parents are from the same country (guatemala) and everyone speaks spanish. Would you try to get him to convert? He also has a brother that married my cousin, she's mormon and he switched to that to be with her. What would you do just out of curiosity? All suggestions/judgments are welcome, and thank you for your help!
