When you decided to move out of your parents house, how long did it take you to save up and actually do it?

it depends on where you are in the country. where i live in the south moving out isn't near as hard is in the cities in the north and west. you really just need to find the monthly rent of the apartment you want to move into, add up what you will eat in groceries, and all other expenses such as health care and clothes. Do you make enough money to cover all of that? If so, save up enough to put down a security deposit on the apartment and move out.
