Driver's License Question?

So, Junior Year..i took driver's ed and just to let you know i'm a nervous driver and my driver's ed teacher wasn't too happy with my driving. I thought he always favored my partner over me..anyways, in the end i took my final driver's road test and his reaction was i'll see and driver's ed ended and he never told me if i ped or failed the driver's part of the test. I ped the cl with a B- and i got my learner's permit and i was 17 then. So, i went online to isbe.net and typed my permit number in and everything and said i was not egilible to get a driver's license. It was very disappointing quite heartbreaking. So, my question is now i'm 18..what do i need to do to get a driver's license in IL? Does it matter that i failed my driver's ed road test? I ped everything else except for that. Do i need to take a course in driving school during the summer? I want and i need to get my driver's license this summer.
