Help with fundraising?

My uncle is blind and attended a day centre with other who have mental and physical difficulties. Glasgow city council has removed them from their building to build a car park for the commonwealth games 2014. They have been forced to find new accommodation without aid and the new facilities do not meet the requirements and there is no guarantee that they can use this space for any length of time. This centre is the only source of social life my uncle has and without he would be completely housebound during the day until his brother finishes work. I feel like I need to do something but organisation and creativity are not my strong points. I really need help to raise money either to equip the new place properly or find a new one. Any other solutions would be great too.
