Should I text him or is he over me?

So I'm a college sopre. And anyways my sorority had an event last thursday. I met some guy there we ended up talking and then making out a little. Then he walked me home and got my number. The next day(last friday) he texted me and asked me to come over. I walked to his dorm where we watched tv and made out some more. After that his roommate got home. So I had to go. But then he texted me later that night and we went out to eat pizza. Then we watched part of a movie at his frat house together and then later on we went up back to his dorm and smoked some hooka together. The next day(last saturday) he texted me again and we watched tv at his dorm and made out some more. After then he told me he liked spending time with me and we should hang out again, but now the whole week has gone by and it's friday and he hasnt called or texted me since Saturday. Do you think I should text him or not? I'm not sure if he still likes me or what?
